Vista Signature Edition

So, Windows Vista has been released yesterday. They even have a limited “Bill Gates Signature” edition (+$10). Quote from Amazon:
Get this limited-availability Signature Edition signed by the world’s richest man and own a little piece of history.
Anybody knows who is the world’s poorest man? I’d like to get his signature and put it on BlogJet. I may even lower the price for this limited edition
