Mémoires 1.1.39 released

Mémoires 1.1.39 codename “Fix’em all” released today.

Release notes

• Fixed critical issue: if writing to disk fails when saving a decrypted journal, Mémoires removed the journal.
• Fixed crash when opening the registration window.
