Mémoires FAQ
I purchased Mémoires. Where do I download the full version?
Trial version is the full version. You don’t need to download anything if you already have it, just enter your license key provided in the message you received after purchase to unlock it and remove limitations.
You can download Mémoires from its product page.
I lost my license key. Can you send it to me?
Please use our license recovery system.
How to enter license key?
You can find more information on this by launching Mémoires and clicking Help > Mémoires Help, then selecting “Registration”.
How to open journals from Mémoires 2.0 in 3.0?
The file format in Mémoires 3.0 is exactly the same as in 2.0, the program just doesn’t automatically open the last edited journal from 2.0 (because of the transition to the new preferences file), so you should open it manually.
Please click File > Open, locate your journal, and click “Open”.
Where did Mémoires save my journal?
Mémoires stores your journals in files: one file per journal.
(Every journal can contain unlimited number of entries.) It stores your
journals exactly where you saved them (when you clicked File > Save, or pressed
Cmd+S). If you are unfamiliar with how files and folders work on Mac, please
read this introduction from Apple.
Where can I download the old version of Mémoires?
If you have a license for the older version of Mémoires, you can download it here:
- Mémoires 2.1.1 (April 30, 2010)
- Mémoires 1.2.43 (July 8, 2008)
