Forgot journal password
If you turn on encryption, Mémoires uses a strong cipher to encrypt your journals,
so it is infeasible to open them without knowing the password.
For security reasons, the program does NOT store a copy of your password anywhere
and it does NOT send it to us, so we are unable to recover it.
As clearly stated when you enable encryption, "there is no recovery process:
if you lose your password, you won't be able to decrypt the journal".
If you forgot your password and can't open your journal, you can create a new
journal by clicking File > New Journal in the top menu.
